I had an unusual conflict and could not deliver my auto to Mr. Guthrie's shop. Mr. Guthrie made special arrangements to pick up my car and bring it back to me after the repair! (How many times does that happen!) He always knows who you are, carefully explains (in layman's terms) what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and after the work is done, gives you a detailed personal explanation of the bill.
