Took my vehicle in for the first time the other day and I was impressed by the team’s professionalism right off the bat. They performed my requested services and suggested a couple that would keep me on the road and trouble-free. Done in a timely manner and very competitive pricing. Also learned they have a Kia Master Tech on the team - great for me since I’m in the market for service on my other vehicles too. Keep it up guys, I’m definitely recommending you.

I've been using Guthrie's Auto service for at least 6 years now. I have a very old vehicle that I plan to keep running for as long as possible. They do a great job of keeping her alive. They always let me know what's wrong and what it will cost up front. Also they are very open about the pricing you know what you're paying for the parts and the labor. they don't just lump it all into one number and leave you guessing. I've just found them to be extremely honest capable and everyone's super nice there.

Moved to Cullman last year and needed some Transmission work on a 2017 Cadillac CT6 Took it to Guthries And Was Not Disappointed! Great Staff and Very Knowledgeable, They found a sensor had gone bad by running a Diagnostic test, They replaced sensor changed fluid & Filter Now the Caddy is Running Smoothly! Highly recommend Guthries NAPA shop for Repairs !!

What a Blessing Guthrie’s is. Yesterday my 92 year old mom and 7 year old son were traveling from Atlanta to Waterloo, Alabama. Just before getting to Cillman, my car started skipping and warning signs flash on my dashboard. So thankful that we were close to this wonderful business. They were so kind, helpful and accommodating. I recommend them and can assure …if I lived anywhere near Cullman, they would become my regular mechanics. Had Guthries do a rear brake job on my wifes SUV. The thing is she needed it done ASAP as she was going out of town. They had her in the same day with the work done, late morning, and the work finished by the shops closing time. No issues, no problems. Theyve done work for both me and my wife before with the same results. Kudos to Mike and Erin for their help in this matter and all the other times weve used their help. PS - Guthries had the best price around, too. Good price, good work. Cant beat a combination like that! Particularly when needing help with your vehicle.
