I was looking for someone in Cullman to service my car so I wouldn't have to drive to the dealership in Decatur. I read about Guthrie's online, saw their excellent reviews, and called to see if they serviced Honda's, which they do. Later, I called to make an appointment. Both times I spoke with Erin, who is so knowledgeable and nice! This was my get-acquainted visit, but I also had an issue with my speedometer. It was displaying very high speeds and I knew I wasn't speeding. I assumed I would be waiting for a long time while they checked it out, and maybe have to come back if they needed to order parts. But I hadn't been there 10 minutes when Erin came in and said, "I fixed it." Inadvertantly, I had hit a button that changed miles to kilometers. A button I didn't know existed. Obviously, I shouldn't be trusted to do anything to a car beyond driving it and filling the gas tank. I need experts to keep my baby in tip top shape, and I found them, at Guthrie's! Erin even walked out with me and showed me what to do if it happened again. And there was no charge. It was such a pleasant experience, and I already have complete confidence in these people. I will definitely be taking my car there from now on.
