From the moment I called until I paid my bill, I received an excellent experience at Guthrie’s Auto Service. The receptionist arranged for a time for my car to be serviced and for someone to transport me home. My car received an oil change, fluids and tire pressure checked. Also, since my additional key fob that I had brought to leave was not working, the receptionist willingly offered to put in a new battery for me. While waiting for conveyance, I was offered coffee and delightful conversation. Before long, I was called and told that someone was on the way to pick me up, so I could return and pay my bill. I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable the charge was. In fact, it was almost $40.00 less than I paid at the dealership six months previously. I recommend Guthrie’s Auto Service highly. They do outstanding work, my father also used them previously; they are honest, truthful, and trustworthy; knowledgeable in the work that they do while being polite and courteous.
