Guthrie’s had great communication while waiting on my insurance to approve getting my car fixed. They were very polite helpful! Would definitely recommend.

'l'll start by saying I currently don't plan on taking my truck anywhere else to be serviced. I have had an overall good experience with Guthrie's. They were very cooperative with a "special request" regarding coolant. I have brought my truck here a couple times. Both times the services were fairly timely. The paperwork after my first service was a bit off. They recommended a power steering flush, which is odd seeing as my truck has electric power steering. I called and they were aware of this, my guess is they use automated recommendations. They also didn't truly honor their coupon that I presented, but there was an effort to discount the service. Compared to other local service centers, they seem to be my favorite. They do seem to be a trustworthy location to bring your vehicle. Update: I have changed my review to 5 stars. After taking my truck in for a suspicious sound, they found a loose plug wire. It was a very good overall everperice. They seem to be very honest people and charge very fairly.

These are good honest people. They don't try to sell you on anything you don't need. We've gotten better advice from them them that at the dealership a few times. Guthrie's is always our first choice for auto service.

I travel with a lot of dogs for work in an oversize vehicle. I had an issue with my engine light and they fit me in, diagnosed me and repaired a coil in less than 2 hours. The most personable, genuine customer service I've ever experienced in addition to keeping my vehicle safe for the dogs and I to continue on the road. Excellent experience

Great employees and the service was great and fast. They are a great place to take your vehicle for service. They are very thorough.
