They were very nice. I told them I wanted to take advantage of their oil change special with a coupon. They didn't remember the coupon but changed the price once I reminded them. Also, I wasn't aware there was an uncharge for synthetic oil.

Erin was my first contact She was very nice and informative I talked to the service manager and he made it easy for me to understand what needed to be done I got my car back 2 days later I was very happy with the results I would recommend Guthrie's to my friends and family
