'l'll start by saying I currently don't plan on taking my truck anywhere else to be serviced. I have had an overall good experience with Guthrie's. They were very cooperative with a "special request" regarding coolant. I have brought my truck here a couple times. Both times the services were fairly timely. The paperwork after my first service was a bit off. They recommended a power steering flush, which is odd seeing as my truck has electric power steering. I called and they were aware of this, my guess is they use automated recommendations. They also didn't truly honor their coupon that I presented, but there was an effort to discount the service. Compared to other local service centers, they seem to be my favorite. They do seem to be a trustworthy location to bring your vehicle.

I travel with a lot of dogs for work in an oversize vehicle. I had an issue with my engine light and they fit me in, diagnosed me and repaired a coil in less than 2 hours. The most personable, genuine customer service I've ever experienced in addition to keeping my vehicle safe for the dogs and I to continue on the road. Excellent experience

Great employees and the service was great and fast. They are a great place to take your vehicle for service. They are very thorough.

Had our overheated van towed in off 65. They were able to find the problem and fix it in 90minutes. Cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.

Terry and crew have been working on all my vehicles, old and new, for over 25 years. They can fix anything and are some of the most honest folks I have ever dealt with.
