Every situation is different but if you want to take your vehicle to a place that cares and will do their best to fix your car )without needing to come back for another issue a week later that didn't even exist before), will listen and help you...then I highly recommend Guthrie's Auto.

From my initial phone call to inquire about pricing and scheduling an appointment to the pickup the car after repairs, it was a painless, pleasant experience. Jake kept me informed along the way. They got my car back to me when they promised. Their rates are very very affordable. I am really impressed with the fact that the parts and labor are covered for 36 months, 36000 miles. And coverage is NATIONWIDE. You can tell a lot of how a shop is ran by the appearance of the customer service area and if the bay doors are open, the appearance of the shop area. Both were well organized and clean. Parking lot as well. You can pay your bill online and pickup your car after hours. Vehicle drop-off is also available after hours. They have worked on all of our vehicles, and worked extensively on our old 89 Chevy S10. We have never been disappointed in their service in the many years that we have done business with them. Always nice, always honest, and always fix whatever issue we have.

In & out with in one hour while I waited. Very satisfied.

Took my car to get the air conditioner fixed, they put on a condenser charged $900. 2 weeks later I took my car back said it still not cooling he responded we quarentee the work we did it must be something else. Put it back in the shop they told me it was the vaporator charged me another $1400 took my car home 2 weeks later my car stopped cooling. Spoke to them and to my surprise it's nothing they done. They stand behind the parts they put on my car. You can replace parts all day, but I took my car in to fix my air conditioner. Now it's summer I'm out $2300 and still need someone to fix my air. I usually do not write reviews, but if this saves someone money then it's worth my time.
